Vanilla Bean and Amaretto Pound Cupcakes...

From Warren Brown's "Cake Love", his vanilla poundcake recipe, but instead of brandy I used Amaretto. These cupcakes are yummy....Full of yummy ingredients and full of taste. I topped them with a 50/50 ABC/SMBC raspberry amaretto buttercream...topped with raspberry puree and toasted almonds. I had some extra chocolate cupcakes too, so I topped them with the same.
