Snicker Bar Cupcakes...



chocolate cupcakes with a snicker bar ganache filling, frosted with caramel buttercream and drizzled with caramel, chocolate and salted peanuts.

  2. Thanks Stephanie! Actually the snicker bar ganache is really easy....1 part just to boil cream to 3 parts melted snicker bars...usually I do 4 oz cream to 12 oz snickers, then when they're mixed I add a Tbsp of butter....then cool. WARNING....This stuff gets stuck in t he tip of your bag cuz of the peanuts...
