A hot mess if you ask me. All was going well until I let my ganache get too cool before I poured it. Oh well, tastes great.It's a chocolate cake made with Baileys and Kahlua, filled and iced with a coconut, baileys and Kahlua buttercream and the ganache is semisweet with a hint of monkey la la also.
