Peacock cake...
This is a small 7 inch round cake for a 50th birthday. It was modeled after the china that was going to be given as a gift. The cake itself is mojito with a strawberry filling and frosting.

pumpkin gingerbread cake studded with chopped candied ginger, topped with a limoncello cream cheese frosting and a homemade gingerbread man.
