I found you on cakecentral.com and I am desperate for a bit of advice from you, specifically regards the Dahlia you placed on their. I've been researching Dahlia's for niece's up coming wedding. The Dahlia is in rememberence of her father...I am going to the nth degree with this cake, so I am obsessing over this one flower. The Dahlia on cs was blue, and it had such fine grained lines at the ends of the petals, can you tell me how you created those? My other issue is that I don't know that I am going to be able to get my hands on the specific cutters you used (funds are limited on my end) but I think...it a wise move for me to rough it in this case...it will give me the extra practice I NEED to get the basic affect. Then at a later date I can get the cutters, already knowing what it takes achieve perfection....trust me, your work was amazing.
