Happy Valentines Day!

I made 4 packs of valentines cupcakes for people at work, and friends of my daughter. They were:

1. chocolate cake filled with Strawberry filling, covered with a creamy ganache and topped with a chocolate covered strawberry.

2. Vanilla with vanilla buttercream and topped with a homemade sugar cookie,

3. Red velvet with a cinnamon Ermine frosting (My personal favorite) and

4. Turtle, turtle, turtle (c'mon, y know from "Masters of Disquise")

I also made some cherub cuppies for a baptism.
