Mountain Biking in Colorado/Done with Residency..

For a coworkers husband who is done with his Oral-Maxillo surgery residency, but who is a huge mountain biker and is going to be doing a race in Colorado soon....I came up with this.

The cake is chocolate with a peanut butter filling that would make any Reese's PB cup lover want to marry me....I swear.....

The hills around the cake and the mountain on top of the cake are PB rice Krispy treats covered in ganache, then covered with Fondariffic fondant....

The bike was made by my son....It cost me a Wii game....but well worth it as I was soooo busy. He did an OUTSTANDING job, and he will be well used by me in the future. I promise you that.

Sports Themed Cake an Cupcakes

Tiki party cupcakes

Congratulations Adrienne and Sean

A gift for a coworker, who would of otherwise *GASP* not had a wedding cake. Shudder the thought.

Bridal Shower...

These cupcakes were made for a "Vintage Hollywood" themed bridal shower. Made to match the invitations. The cupcakes are Red Velvet with a ganache buerre filling, Ermine frosting and a buttercream flavored fondant top.

Tattoo Cupcakes

I was asked to make some cupcakes to match a friends tattoo's. Problem is she had 8 different tattoo's that were unrelated. I opted to pull some flowers out of the tattoo's then do some chocolate transfers of some of the simpler tattoo's. Kindof a hodge podge of decorations....But the reciepent understood....
