New Cupcake
New cupcake flavor - chocolate banana with peanut butter pretzel frosting, drizzled with caramel and chocolate chunks.
Recent Stuff...
This was a cupcake I did for the Renaissance Festivals 1st Annual Cupcake Battle. It came in second place. It was a chocolate cake with Lift Bridges Silouhette (Russian Imperial Bourbon Barrel) stout, apple bourbon compote filling, honey and apple mead flavored buttercream dipped in dark chocolate and sprinkled with chopped bacon and pecans.
This was an Anne Geddes inspired baby shower cake.

Topless Cupcakes
Some new frosting-less cupcakes that I will be featuring at the local Farmers Market. This one is a peanut butter streusel brownie cupcake
This is a rocky road brownie cupcake with homemade marshmallows and toasted pecans.
This one is a Topless Dirty Elvis. Its a banana bread beer cake with mini chocolate chips, topped with a peanut butter chocolate ganache, sprinkled with crushed pretzels and drizzled with caramel.

Sandi Oh's Black Forest Cake
Fresh cherries soaked overnight in Kirsch, then the kirsch is infused in chocolate cake and the cherries are made into a compote and used as a filling. Frosted and filled as well with a cream cheese whipped cream frosting, and coated with shaved dark chocolate and fresh cherries.

Berry Mojito cake
This cake started off as an assembly of my leftovers, but it's absolutely delicious and so I'll keep it on the menu. It's a 3 layer mojito cake filled with a thin layer of blackberry buttercream, fresh fruit, blackberry sauce and whipped cream...
Mini Cupcakes
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup - chocolate cake topped with a peanut butter frosting, dipped in chocolate and sprinkled with some chopped peanut butter cups.
Strawberry Mojito - lime, mint and rum infused cake topped with strawberry buttercream and topped with a piece of lime candy.
Bourbon Adversary - Fulton's "Worthy Adversary" is used in the chocolate cake, topped with a bourbon/caramel buttercream, dipped in dark chocolate and sprinkled with pink himalayan salt.

Hot Irish Mess....
Cupcake made with Fullers London Porter (yes I know, that's not Irish) and apples poached in cinnamon and Two Gingers Irish Whiskey. Its filled with a chocolate ganache thats infused with the same apples and whiskey. Topped with a Two Gingers whiskey, apple and cinnamon caramel buttercream. dipped in a ganache infused with the Fullers Porter, Drizzled with more caramel and topped with crispy, candied BACON.
