I was playing with the monkey lala a bit, decided to try and make the cake a vanilla based with the liquid being the lala, frosted with a baileys/kahlua ganache and topped with a dollop of the monkey lala buttercream. (It's the one with the chocolate sprinkles on top). It turned out okay...but I think I like the regular chocolate one better (seen with the monkey on it....BTW arent those cute? I made them out of candy clay).I also made some strawberry mojito cupcakes today, was going to top them with strawberries...but ended up having to use all the strawberries.....
