Cupcake and Cake Flavors I've Done

  • Almond and Pear - an almond cupcake with caramelized pear folded in, topped with a salted caramel buttercream and more salted caramel drizzled over the top
  • Almond Joy - an almond and coconut poundcake, dipped in ganache with a coconut buttercream and sprinkled with toasted coconut and candied almond slices
  • Amaretto Vanilla Bean Poundcake - amaretto and vanilla bean in a dense, moist cake. Top it with a amaretto and Raspberry swiss meringue buttercream and toasted almonds
  • Bananas Foster - cake made with the bananas from the banana foster dessert, filled with dulce de leche and topped with a buttercream flavored from the sauce of the bananas foster dessert. topped with toasted coconut. One of my favorite cupcakes
  • Birthday Party Vanilla - this is more of a poundcake like cake, top it with any flavor buttercream
  • Blackberry Cabernet - chocolate cupcake infused with Cabernet Sauvignon and Ghiradelli blackberry cabernet chocolate. Topped with a blackberry buttercream drizzled with fresh blackberry sauce and topped with a blackberry gummy candy.
  • Blue Hawaiian - coconut rum cake with a Blue Hawaiian cocktail buttercream (blue curacao, rum, pineapple juice and coconut cream)
  • Brown Sugar Praline - brown sugar poundcake with homemade chopped pralines, topped with cream cheese frosting and a candied pecan
  • Brown Sugar Vanilla - this is a light and fluffy cupcake with just a hint of caramel flavor. Pair it with cream cheese frosting, chocolate buttercream or a light and fluffy caramel meringue buttercream
  • Chocolate - this is a rich, dense brownie like cake made with Droste cocoa and ghiradelli chocolate. Top it with my ghiradelli ganache buttercream.
  • Chocolate Chip Cookie - chocolate chip cookie sits on the bottom of my chocolate cake. filled with an eggless cookie dough, frosted with chocolate buttercream and topped with a homemade chocolate chip cookie.
  • Chocolate covered Strawberry - my chocolate cake filled with strawberry buttercream, topped with a whipped dark ganache and chocolate covered strawberry
  • Chocolate Menage a Trois - chocolate cake filled with a chocolate french buttercream and topped with a fudgy dark chocolate buttercream
  • Chocolate Mint - chocolate cake with chopped white chocolate mint kisses, topped with a white chocolate lightly minted cream cheese buttercream
  • Chocolate Peanut Butter - chocolate cake with a peanut butter filling, dipped in chocolate then topped with chocolate buttercream and chopped PB cups
  • Coconut - reduced coconut milk and vanilla bean make a dense, moist pound like cake. Top it with coconut frosting made with the same reduced coconut milk and vanilla bean, or go lighter and top it with a whipped cream-cream cheese frosting. both topped with toasted coconut and a maraschino cherry.
  • Cookies and Cream - chocolate or vanilla cake topped with cookies and cream buttercream
  • Create your own - I haven't listed everything I've done. But if its a cocktail, I can infuse it into cake and buttercream. If it's a candy bar, most likely I can make a ganache with it. Name your favorite flavor or spice and I will infuse it into a complimentary flavored cake or buttercream.
  • Dirty Elvis - a banana bread beer cupcake and a hint of chocolate chips topped with a peanut butter pretzel buttercream, drizzled with homemade caramel and topped with a chocolate covered pretzel
  • Hot Damn - chipotle and chocolate cake filled with a Hot Damn schnapps infused caramel and topped with cinnamon buttercream and more Hot Damn caramel and a piece of my favorite chocolate which has chiptole, cinnamon, salt and pop rocks in it.
  • Hummingbird - traditional southern cake with banana, pineapple and pecans. topped with cream cheese frosting and a candied pecan.
  • Irish Car Bomb - Guinness chocolate cake dipped in a Jameson infused ganache, topped with a Baileys buttercream and sprinkled with expresso chocolate
  • Lemon - fresh, lemony cake - top it with any berry flavored buttercream.
  • Mai Tai - This is a dark Meyers Rum cake topped with a Mai Tai cocktail buttercream and drizzled with grenadine
  • Mojito - lemon or lime cake infused with mint and rum, top it with a lemon, lime or strawberry mojito buttercream
  • Monkey La La - based after the popular drink - choc cake with baileys and kahlua topped with a coconut, baileys, kahlua and vodka buttercream
  • Pina Colada - a coconut, pineapple and rum cake, topped with a pina colada infused buttercream. I can make this one without rum.
  • Pumpkin Gingerbread - Gingerbread cake with pumpkin and candied ginger folded in, topped with a limoncello cream cheese buttercream and a homemade gingerbread man
  • Red Hot Velvet - red velvet cake with chocolate chips topped with a cinnamon ermine frosting and red hots
  • Red Velvet - classic red velvet with mini chocolate chips. I like to top mine with Ermine Frosting because it pairs well and really lets you taste the cake. I have and will serve it with cream cheese frosting tho if you insist ;-)
  • Salty Turtle - chocolate cake with a caramel buttercream, topped with a homemade salted caramel sauce, chocolate chunks and toasted pecans
  • Samoa - a recipe from Fields of Cake - Its a chocolate cake sitting ontop of a shortbread cookie crust, with a coconut chocolate chip caramel center. Dipped in ganache, and topped with a coconut buttercream, caramel and a samoa cookie. This one is seasonal to Girl Scout cookies.
  • Shocktop orange - chocolate cake made with Shocktop beer and orange zest, frosted with a Grand Marnier buttercream and topped with a slice of a chocolate orange.
  • Snicker Bar - chocolate cake with a snicker bar ganache center, topped with caramel buttercream, chopped chocolate, caramel and peanuts
  • Snickerdoodle - cinnamon cake filled with Dulce de Leche, topped with a cream cheese frosting and cinnamon sugar
  • White Chocolate Cream Cheese Pound Cake - Cream cheese pound cake with white chocolate folded in (This can be done with any flavor chocolate). Pair it with a berry buttercream
  • Wicked Jameson - Surly Coffee Bender and Jameson infused into a chocolate cake with cayenne and cinnamon, topped with a Jameson and Maple syrup buttercream and topped with a piece of candied spicy bacon
