New Cupcake
New cupcake flavor - chocolate banana with peanut butter pretzel frosting, drizzled with caramel and chocolate chunks.
Recent Stuff...
This was a cupcake I did for the Renaissance Festivals 1st Annual Cupcake Battle. It came in second place. It was a chocolate cake with Lift Bridges Silouhette (Russian Imperial Bourbon Barrel) stout, apple bourbon compote filling, honey and apple mead flavored buttercream dipped in dark chocolate and sprinkled with chopped bacon and pecans.
This was an Anne Geddes inspired baby shower cake.
Little Drunken Caramel cake made with Tallgrass Vanilla Bean Buffalo Sweat and 2 GINGERS caramel. below is a 2 foot barrel cake I made for the Lift Bridge brewery's 5th anniversary.

Topless Cupcakes
Some new frosting-less cupcakes that I will be featuring at the local Farmers Market. This one is a peanut butter streusel brownie cupcake
This is a rocky road brownie cupcake with homemade marshmallows and toasted pecans.
This one is a Topless Dirty Elvis. Its a banana bread beer cake with mini chocolate chips, topped with a peanut butter chocolate ganache, sprinkled with crushed pretzels and drizzled with caramel.

Sandi Oh's Black Forest Cake
Fresh cherries soaked overnight in Kirsch, then the kirsch is infused in chocolate cake and the cherries are made into a compote and used as a filling. Frosted and filled as well with a cream cheese whipped cream frosting, and coated with shaved dark chocolate and fresh cherries.
