Mickey Mouse Cupcakes
I thought these were kinda fun. My daughter made the cupcake wrappers, and we put a mickey mouse cutout on a sugar cookie. The cupcakes are chocolate filled with PB filling, dipped in ganache and topped with chocolate buttercream and chopped PB cups...
